Shipping Rates:

Domestic Orders: TSUYUMI online SHOP utilizes FedEx or UPS for all US shipping. (Flat rate for each service.)

Free Ground:  Orders over $160

Ground:  $7.00

2Day:  $20.00

Standard Overnight:  $40.00

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: Only 2Day service.

International Orders: TSUYUMI online SHOP utilizes only USPS Priority Mail service which delivers your order within 7-10 business days. (Flat rate)

International Priority Mail: $35.00

TSUYUMI online SHOP is unable to ship to military APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes.

Once TSUYUMI online SHOP has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. TSUYUMI online SHOP is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from TSUYUMI online SHOP, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and cost of returning the package to TSUYUMI online SHOP. This amount will be subtracted from merchandise refund.

RETURN AND EXCHANGES

You may return/exchange on any items (except items which are sale, special size, customer orders, etc) that are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed and with all tags) within 7 days of receiving your order. Please be advised that all return shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility.

How to process a return or exchange:
Send an email to shop@tsuyumi.com with the merchandise style number and the reason for return/exchange. For an exchange, we will check if the merchandise you requested is in stock. If not, you may choose to return the item. Once your return/exchange is authorized, you will receive an RA#. Please write the RA# on the OUTSIDE of package, without the RA# will not be accepted.
